What Makes a Relationship Successful?

We all want good relationships, but how do we get them? Consider the three following factors.

  • Empathy. We need to put ourselves in someone else’s shoes and learn to feel things as they feel them.
  • Unpossessive love. We need to love people with no strings attached.
  • Being genuine. We need to be open and honest. If we are not real in our relationships, then we are not in real relationships.

These are all easier said than done. Make a consistent effort to be purposeful in these things, and your relationships will benefit.
