The Coaching Process

Step 1 - Become aware of your present situation as well as your life situation

Through our assessment system we will help you to become aware of not only your present situation but as well as your life situation, be it your career, your business, your personal relationships or an overall awareness of yourself.

Coaches see passion and potential where clients are unable to. When you're struggling to get that clear, unbiased view of the challenges you face in life, your
coach clarifies the issues and provides the perspective you need. You learn much more than what?s wrong with the immediate situation; you look at your life in its entirety to figure out what?s holding you back from maximizing your potential.

Before we even attempt to change anything in our lives we must first go through a process of becoming aware of our present situation.

Step 2 - Discover your values, goals, mission, vision, and purpose

We truly do not know our selves until our values are tested, therefore, if we do not have a clear vision of our values, how will we ever know our selves or what we stand for.

We create direction in our lives when we define who we are and what we want to become as a person.
Your values, goals, mission, and vision come from knowing what you want out of life. This comes from establishing purpose for your life. Knowing your purpose lets you recognize the things that make you feel fulfilled and set goals for reaching them.

Your purpose is the journey you have chosen toward success and fulfillment; a goal is a marker or milestone along the way.

Goals are external.  Purpose is within us.
Goals are milestones. Purpose is everlasting.
Goals leave you thirsty. Purpose is happiness.

Step 3 - Determine your future desires

Now that we are aware of our present situation through step 1 and now we have an understanding and visualization of our purpose in any given situation through step 2, we can now focus on what it is that we truly want to achieve, change and accomplish. Be it in our businesses, career, personal relationships or within our own self awareness.

Step three is when you get specific about fulfilling your purpose. A coach steers clients toward success by helping set goals for getting there.

Step 4- Create an action plan

You become responsible for your desires when you create an action plan. Your coach helps you generate a strategy for achieving those specific goals you?ve developed in step three. Not only that, your coach empowers you to implement your strategy, meeting the obstacles and helping you through the fear and discomfort of making changes. They?re with you offering support, encouragement, and assistance. Giving you direction, value and purpose.

Step 5- Create a follow up system to ensure results for the long term

That support carries over to the very last step: following up. Coaches make with you the transition into a more satisfying life. They make sure the action plan becomes reality by following your progress and guiding you throughout the process. Following up helps you to tweak your strategy. It will give you support along the way and it will help you become accountable.

Each individual step can have an impact on your life but when used in conjunction with each other you will obtain the maximum benefits, for this process has stood un-wavered throughout time. As I had mentioned before the benefits of coaching are truly endless.
